Jayson Dubin

CEO

Jayson Dubin is the CEO and founder of Playwire. He brings over a decade of media, marketing, and publishing experience to his endeavors, which include overseeing the founding of both video content monetization platform Playwire.com, and its parent company Intergi Entertainment which has been ranked by comScore as the top digital outlet for reaching video game and entertainment enthusiasts online. Jayson was also responsible for the launch of Gamezone.com, the first social platform for games.

In 2011 Jayson was named “Entrepreneur of the Year” by the South Florida Business Journal and Intergi earned No. 113 on the 30th annual Inc. 500 list. He continues to innovate and evolve the video marketing space with his platform Playwire.com, which empowers content creators and publishers with video hosting, encoding and monetization at no cost.

Jayson previously presided over the Media Division of The Globe a public corporation where he oversaw Computer Games Magazine and launched both Now Playing Magazine and Massive Magazine. Prior to his foray into the publishing world, Jayson was the founder of his own full-service marketing company JKD Media Corp./Printingpages.com.

Steven Berger

President

Steven is a co-founder and President at Playwire Media . His background is comprised of over four years of experience trading currencies for the Finnish Bank, Postipankki Ltd. and nearly ten years as an equity trader on Wall Street. Steven’s trading acumen earned him the distinction of being promoted as the youngest “Chief Dealer” in the bank’s history as well as one of the top momentum traders in the equity markets. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Albany and a Juris Doctorate from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Chris Giomblanco

COO

Chris is a seasoned executive who brings almost three decades of dynamic cross-functional experience in both Fortune 500 and small growth businesses, spanning a broad and diverse industry landscape including Aerospace at United Technologies – Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, high technology hardware and services at both Motorola and Dell, premium consumer products at Alienware Computer Corporation/Dell, and digital media at Triad Retail Media.

Prior to Playwire, Chris was Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at Triad Retail Media where he initially built out the finance function as the founding CFO and progressively grew his responsibilities to include oversight of corporate development, HR, legal, and various operational functions as the company grew to more than 500 global employees. In his executive capacity at Triad, Chris was a key leader in the 2012 acquisition of the company by Rockbridge Growth Equity. At Alienware Corporation, a global company that was acquired by Dell, Chris was CFO with oversight of the finance, human resources, and facilities functions of the stand-alone company and was a key executive that championed an 18-month process that led to the integration of the business with the parent company, Dell.

Chris holds a finance degree from the University of Connecticut and was a 2013 finalist for Tampa Bay Business Journal’s CFO of the Year.

Nick Branstator

CTO

Nick Branstator heads up Playwire’s technology team. With 18 years of professional experience in Web technology companies, Nick has been involved with Web businesses for almost as long as they’ve existed. During that time, he directed the technology department for the top 15 web property, Angelfire, helped launch the multimillion dollar VoodooVox product, and formed his own online game company (10×10 Room).

A Boulder, Colorado native, Nick is a graduate of Williams College, where he studied Philosophy. He has been programming computers since he was in third grade. Nick lives in Surfside, Florida with his wife and stepdaughter.

Tanya Brown

VP of Global Revenue

As VP of Global Revenue, Tanya is responsible for developing and executing Playwire Media’s integrated worldwide sales, marketing and operations plan to exceed global revenue goals and increase market share. One of her key initiatives is to expand Playwire Media’s international footprint with offices in Latin America, Canada and Australia.

Prior to driving global revenue, Tanya acted as VP of US Sales for 6 years and helped develop the sales team into what it is today.

Tanya hails from the Big Apple, went to Beantown for a BA in studying people, and currently lives in the Village by the Sea. When not working, she enjoys running, bike riding, and is a huge sci-fi fan.

Justin Stefanovic

VP of U.S. Sales

Justin heads the US Direct sales team at Playwire Media, and brings more than 7 years of digital marketing and advertising experience to the company. He spearheaded Playwire Media’s Movie and Entertainment business, which diverted the company from solely focusing on gaming and thereby opened up a new revenue stream for Playwire Media.

Justin was born in Zurich, Switzerland, but moved to sunny South Florida at the age of 4. He graduated from the University of Dayton with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Marketing and Management and minored in Environmental Science. He currently resides in Delray Beach, Florida with his wife, Melanie, and two dogs, Jack and Robbie.

Justin enjoys cooking, is a huge Sci­fi fan, and loves playing sports; he’s always rooting for his South Florida teams.

James Haley

VP of European Sales

James Haley has over 6 years in the video games market and has developed media campaigns for every game publisher during that time.

Before leading Playwire Media’s European and UK office, James worked at Future Publishing managing key accounts in the video games market, working with the likes of Sony, Activision, EA and Take Two, responsible for selling integrated solutions across print, online, events, mobile and iPad.

James is originally from Bournemouth, a small town on the south coast of the UK, and graduated from Bristol University with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing. James currently resides in South London and in his spare time plays futbol, socializes with friends and hits the gym.

Rolf Dinsdale

Director of Sales – Canada

Rolf is leading Playwire Media’s expansion into Canada, and brings 20 years of experience in media, digital marketing and entertainment. He started his career with Shift Magazine – the leading digital culture magazine in Canada in the dot-com era, and a pioneer of digital media, who were the first to run paid advertising and rich media campaigns in Canada. Since then, he has gone on to launch and lead the growth of Inside Entertainment, The Walrus, Blue Ant Media and Facebook in Canada. In 2008, as VP Sales for Facebook at Segal Communications, he introduced social media advertising to Canada, and drove Facebook’s early growth, establishing all of their inaugural business relationships in the market.

Rolf has run for Parliament, managed music and film festivals, and is an accomplished musician with albums, videos, tours, and has TV and film credits to his name. He holds a political science degree from Western University and a film studies degree from Carleton University.

Nathan Thomas

VP of Network Operations

As VP of Network Operations Nathan Thomas is responsible for three critical divisions within Playwire Media: Ad Operations, Publisher Relations and Third Party Sales.

After emigrating from Switzerland in 2008, he joined Playwire Media with the overarching long-term goal of achieving the most effective and efficient monetization of publisher ad inventory across all direct and third party sales channels for display, video and mobile. Being extensively connected to both the supply and demand side of the online advertising ecosystem, Nathan has built an expansive network of partners consisting of all major players in the digital advertising space, including, but not limited to, Online Publishers, Agency Trading Desks, Exchanges, Ad Networks, DSPs, SSPs, Representation Firms as well as Data and Verification providers. He also has vast experience with multiple Ad Servers as well as mobile, video and display advertising standards and technology.

Nathan Thomas graduated with a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication and Media Research from the University of Zurich, Switzerland, where he worked in the Department of Media Economics. His research projects were presented at international conferences in San Francisco, Lisbon and Cologne and published in Journals such as The Journal of Media Business Studies. He is also the co¬editor of the book “Werbung im internationalen Vergleich: Zustand und Entwicklung” on the international development of advertising from a comparative perspective, published in Germany.

In his spare time Nathan enjoys traveling, swimming, sampling IPA’s and Dirty Martini’s, as well as living out his musician alter ego.

Jonathan Trevisani

Operations Manager

Jonathan Trevisani has been with Playwire Media since its inception and has several years’ worth of experience in online advertising. He was an online editor at Computer Games Magazine working on CGOnline.com and MMOGames.com alongside Jayson Dubin before starting Playwire Media and becoming the Online Operations Manager.

Jonathan is responsible for all direct, national campaigns and has run more than 1,000 successful campaigns at Playwire Media. He is in charge of everything regarding campaigns, from their initial setup to final delivery, and works extensively with the sales and finance teams to guarantee all aspects of each campaign run efficiently and effectively. His operations team manages more than a thousand publishing partners and work closely to ensure every partner can maximize their revenue to their highest potential.

Jonathan graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Telecommunications. He is an avid PC and Console gamer which enables him to bring the perspective of Playwire Media’s prime audience into play.
