Chris Petrovic

As a technology and digital media veteran with over 15 years of management and industry experience, Chris has the training and entrepreneurial passion to provide the leadership that is necessary to drive the success of new ventures and growth-oriented businesses.

Currently, Chris is a Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Business Development and Licensing at Zynga – a leading developer of the world’s most popular social games.

Chris previously served as the Head of Corporate Development & Licensing for Kabam, a leader in the western world for free-to-play core games with 1st and 3rd party published titles available on mobile devices. He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors for Highwinds – a leading technology company in the content delivery and security space. Prior to that, he has held numerous senior level positions across the spectrum of organizations, from early stage start-ups to a venture capital firm to publicly traded media/entertainment companies.

David Jacobs

Senior Vice President, Publisher Services – AOL Networks

David is responsible for the continued growth of premium publisher platform and monetization partnerships across AOL Networks, which includes AOL Advertising’s industry leading David also oversees the ADTECH division, which provides a global cross platform ad serving solutions for premium publishers, advertisers, and technology companies. David is actively involved with the advertising community and is a frequent speaker at industry events, as well as an active participant in trade organizations.

David has managed several business units across AOL Networks since joining the company. In 2006, he played a key role in the creation of Japan, a joint venture with Mitsui, where he continues to serve on the Board of Directors. Japan has grown to become the leading Ad Network in Japan. In 2007, he led’s initial foray into the Programmatic space overseeing the company’s first Real­Time Bidding partnerships and integrations. Most recently, David has assumed overall responsibility for the MARKETPLACE by ADTECH business, a RTB enabled ad technology platform which helps publishers maximize the value of their digital advertising. Prior to joining, David was a member of Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting Practice, where he led a variety of national strategy and operational consulting engagements David holds a B.S. in business administration from Penn State University. When he happens to be unplugged from an online device, David enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.

Dale W. Strang


Dale was previously the CEO of SpinMedia, and boasts more than 20 years of managing a wide range of brands and businesses in the technology, media and digital entertainment industries.


Prior to joining SpinMedia, he was CEO to social gaming publishing and service provider, Viximo (sold in July 2012); co-founder and president of ad network, 5to1; EVP at IGN Communications; and in various senior roles at Ziff Davis Media. He has successfully raised multiple rounds of financing and participated in multiple successful exits.

Dale serves or has served as advisor and board member to a number of mobile, gaming and digital advertising companies.

Ken Greiner

Vice Chair – DGHM

Ken Greiner was a co­-founder of the investment management firm Dalton, Greiner, Hartman, Maher in1990 where he served as President from 1990­-2005, as CEO from 2001-­2006 and is currently Vice-­Chairman. Previously, his investment career included senior management roles at Dillon Read and CREF. He also co-­founded Art Meets Commerce in 2006 which does digital advertising and marketing for the theater industry.

Bruce H. Geller, CFA

Chief Executive Officer – DGHM

Mr. Geller joined DGHM in 1992 and is Chief Executive Officer and a Shareholder. He is also a Member of the firm’s Management Committee and Board of Directors. Previously, he was an Analyst in the Public Finance Department at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. He is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the State University of New York at Albany, where he earned his BS in Business Administration in 1991. Mr. Geller is currently Chairman of the Advisory Board for the Center for Institutional Investment Management (CIIM), based in Albany, NY.
